4C Hotel Group welcomes Steven Allsopp as Chief Commercial Officer

4C Hotel Group is pleased to welcome Steven Allsopp to our 4C Family.
Steven is a seasoned hotelier and professional senior leader with over 20 year’s hospitality experience. He holds a wealth of commercial and operational experience having held senior leadership roles across both management and franchise environments as well as a private equity investment.

Steven’s brand experience includes working within IHG, Hilton, Accor, Choice, Freehand, Generator & Easy Hotels. Throughout his career, he has worked in and led teams across a broad variety of international locations and hotel classifications, from luxury to budget, and holds a strong knowledge of the Pan-European, North American, and UK&I markets.
Previous roles have seen him lead projects including hotel developments and acquisitions, asset disposals, and new hotel openings. During his time at IHG, he spent two years in Atlanta designing the business capabilities for the new Global Distribution, Hotel Management, and Revenue Management Systems. He has a track record for building best in class teams, implementing industry-leading processes, and driving transformational change.
