Assistant General Manager ( Rooftop Bar)
Reporting into the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will be responsible to support the Rooftop general manager into the daily running of the venue, from rota development to service and operation. To be able to support the head bartender in preparing and serving drinks, while monitoring and engaging with the service on the floor too.
