Duty Manager (Night Shift at Westin)
The position of Duty Manager (Night Shift) has become available at The Westin London. Reporting into the Front Office Manager, working alongside the Night Manager and supporting them when they are on days off, the successful candidate will serve as the property Manager on Duty on the night shift, and oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. They will represent property management in resolving any guest related situations. The Duty Manager will manage Front Desk associates’ queries, training and overall development working in close partnership with the Reception Manager. They will anticipate times of overbooking liaising with both senior rooms management and revenue teams to obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations. They will act as the person in charge on night shift and be responsible for the hotel operation and security overnight.

As a bartender in the Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for the creation of amazing beverages, as well as possessing exceptional cocktail and bar knowledge.
