Keeping the Spirit Of Christmas Alive During A Pandemic

26 January 2021

2020 was in more ways than one, a tough year. With the pandemic affecting businesses, schools and charities alike; changing the way we work and socialise almost overnight.

One thing that the pandemic could not crush, was our charitable and community spirit. We have remained more together despite having to “socially distance” and our annual appeal was a great example of this.

Christmas 2020 was always going to be different and at 4C we pondered whether the appeal could go ahead, how gifts could be safely delivered to the children and young people and whether people would be in a position to donate. Our wonderful team and local community made it happen! It was even more admirable to see the community come together for our annual shoebox appeal, at a time when it meant so much more!

A Massive Thank You to everyone who contributed to creating some laughter and much needed smiles for both this team and the young people they support!

We look to run this appeal again for December 2021. For further details on how you can help with this and other fundraising appeals for the charity please contact enquires@4chotels.co.uk.
