The Team at Double Tree Stone Town shows their Clean Streak

On September 15th DoubleTree by Hilton Stone Town’s Care Committee joined with fellow volunteers for the Let’s Do it Tanzania movement to Participate in World Clean Up Day.

The Lets Do it Tanzania Movement creates awareness about waste and  helps to build an active force of environmental warriors, who as a part of their social responsibility commit to making a difference in the community of Stone Town- Zanzibar. The volunteers role-modelled the care shown for a clean community and in Stone Town alone,  25 bags of trash were collected by 150 volunteers.
